A recipe
Mellow Yellow Jello
1 pkg jello small
1 cup boiling water including orange juice from mandarin oranges
1 teaspoon sugar
1 small can mandarin oranges
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 teaspoon or less vanilla
7 oz 7 up
Bring water/juice to boil
Dissolve jello and sugar in boiling water
Add cream cheese by spoonfuls
With mixer on low mix until cream cheese is all broken up/dissolved
Add 7 up and vanilla
Mix a few seconds with mixer
Pour into dish
Add mandarin oranges
Refrigerate overnight
